Training programs organized by any organization are so boring….right???
But surprisingly this myth has been broken today. I found one training program so interesting and applicable that it felt like I found the hidden truth of life. Life is a mystery, everyone knows. Sometimes we are so much depressed or frustrated or stressed and we feel that we are the most miserable specie in the world.
Our mind knows that there must be some solution but we can’t even see the solutions lying just in front of our eyes.
I learnt a few concepts today but I am going to write down one of them. I believe that you will also find it interesting and helpful in your lives.
One concept that I found really interesting is the Binary theory of our lives as simple as the Binary system in computer studies. If you understand the 0 and 1, then there is nothing in computer studies. But if you are not able to understand these two digits, you can never be successful in this field (Some exceptions are always there ).
The binary theory of life is as simple as I have explained the two digits in the upper paragraph.
• Avoid pain on one end
• Gain Pleasure on the other
Anything that we all human being do, do only for these two “either to avoid pain or to gain pleasure”.
Very simple…right??
And all the emotions (which are infinite) associated with each activity lie down in this spectra only. Nothing other than this.
So from now on, anything you do just remember you are doing it either to avoid pain associated with this or to gain pleasure out of it. For example whether you are avoiding your exercise schedule every day or you are delaying in sending reports to your supervisor or you are rushing to your office or anything.
And also whenever you have any hard feeling in your life for anyone or any situation, think deeply as many times as you want( Nobody has right to stop you) fitting yourself or the other person or the situation in this spectra ( Avoid pain to Gain pleasure), I assure you will get the solution.
One more secret learning I wanna share with you all is:
Secret learning: Whenever you are in doubt..don't go to your boss(Just kidding) but go to your basics.
